This is the second appeal afforded appellant in the courts of this state in his post-conviction effort to have his plea of guilty to a charge of robbery in the first degree, entered on the 13th day of May, 1931, and the life sentence imposed on said plea on the 22nd day of May, 1931, vacated and set aside. His prior unsuccessful effort is reported at 420 S.W.2d 264, Mo., and arose out of a motion pursuant to Rule 27...
