This is an action under the so-called continuing wage statute (LSA-R.S. 23:631 and 23:632). Plaintiff was employed at defendants' Amber Inn Restaurant in Bossier City as a combination porter, deliveryman, and dishwasher. Following one day's work, that is, from 6:00 p. m. on May 11, 1973, until 3:00 a. m. on May 12, 1973, plaintiff's services were terminated by him for the reason, as contended by him...
