LEMMON, Judge.

Plaintiff, a roofing contractor injured on a construction job, filed this workmen's compensation action against T & L Sheet Metal, Inc., Hendee Homes, Inc., Frederick Construction Company, Inc.,1 and their respective insurers. The general contractor for the job was a joint venture composed of Hendee and Frederick, and T & L was a subcontractor.
