PER CURIAM.
This appeal seeks review of a final order denying to the appellant, as plaintiff in the trial court, a mechanic's lien or equitable lien on certain described real property.
We affirm the action of the trial judge, without prejudice to the appellant sharing pro rata in any construction funds remaining to be disbursed in connection with the improvements made on the real property described in the complaint.
