This is an appeal from an interlocutory order sustaining a plea of privilege.

Appellants, Richard and Meryl LaSorsa, Harris County residents, filed a petition against Oscar Lee Hickson for damages sustained in an automobile collision which occurred when Hickson's truck ran into the rear of the LaSorsas' automobile on the Katy Freeway near Loop 610. Hickson filed an answer and then brought a third-party action against appellee Lorraine...
