This suit was filed by Wilson Smith originally in September, 1968, in the City Court of Lake Charles seeking to recover the sum of $436.50 in disability benefits under a group credit accident and sickness insurance policy issued by the defendant-insurer to Universal CIT Corporation, and a subsequent certificate of insurance issued to the plaintiff-individual policyholder.
