Plaintiff appeals from judgment for defendant Helen E. Bavender in an action seeking judgment from said defendant based upon plaintiff's claim that Mrs. Bavender was engaged in a joint venture with her husband in the operation of a farm. Trial to the court without jury resulted in the finding below that Mrs. Bavender was not so engaged in a joint venture and was not liable on a promissory note or account.
