This action arose out of a collision between a motor vehicle and a pedestrian in the town of Hamden. The vehicle was owned by the defendant Howard Paving Company and was operated by its employee, the defendant Howard M. Raccio. The pedestrian, David F. Waldron, was killed instantly, and this wrongful death action was brought by the plaintiff, the administrator of his estate. The complaint charged the defendant Raccio with several specifications of negligence...
