By this action the plaintiff seeks damages for personal injuries sustained by him on July 19, 1970, in Fremont, when a horse which had been hired from the defendant reared while the plaintiff was riding him and fell upon the plaintiff. A trial by jury resulted in a verdict for the plaintiff.
