STATON, Judge.

Jerry Wimes was convicted of armed robbery at the conclusion of his court trial on April 5, 1973.1 He was sentenced to the Indiana Department of Correction for a determinate period of ten (10) years. His appeal to this Court raises the sole issue of sufficient evidence to sustain the conviction. Our opinion below concludes that the evidence was sufficient to sustain the conviction and we affirm.
