This action is brought under Section 205(g) of the Social Security Act, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), seeking review of the Secretary's final determination denying plaintiff's application for a period of disability and disability insurance benefits. The Secretary's decision was based upon Section 216(i) and 223(d) of the Act, as amended, Sections 416(i) and 423(d), which held that the claimant's impairments...
