Gamble, Fairfield Corporation, d/b/a Fairfield Hospital, and their insurer, St. Paul Fire & Marine Insurance Company, alleging that Dr. Gamble performed an unnecessary and unauthorized operation on plaintiff in the defendant hospital on November 23, 1971.
