This cause is before us on appeal from the County Court, Dade County, Florida, having been transferred here from the Circuit Court in and for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit, pursuant to Rule 2.1(a)(5)(d), Florida Appellate Rules, 32 F.S.A. Appellant was charged with riding on a motorcycle without wearing prescribed protective headgear, to which he entered a plea of not guilty.
