Plaintiff-appellant Ackman brought this action against defendant-appellee Bullard for damages for personal injuries resulting from an automobile collision. From a judgment entered upon the jury verdict for defendant, Ackman appeals.

The sole issue presented for review is whether the trial court erred in instructing the jury regarding joint enterprise.
