Plaintiff, a nonresident of the state of Utah, filed this action against defendant, a nonresident, to recover certain indebtedness evidenced by two promissory notes in the principal sum of $25,000, plus interest and attorney's fees. With his complaint, plaintiff filed a motion and affidavit for attachment.
