In this suit on a life insurance policy, the only question before us is whether there is some evidence to support the jury's verdict that the insured did not commit suicide. We hold that there is some such evidence. We, therefore, reverse the judgment of the court of civil appeals which held that, as a matter of law, there was a suicide. 497 S.W.2d 493.
