Plaintiffs (the Grahams) brought suit against five owners of record of a certain lot and house located in Bernalillo County, as vendors, and the bank, as escrow agent, for damages on a real estate contract resulting from the vendors' allegedly unlawful action in default against the Grahams under said contract.
