Plaintiffs-appellants, Wilmot McCain, Jr., Mary Elizabeth McCain Johnson and J. J. Johnson, filed this suit against defendant-appellee, Continental Can Company, Inc. to set aside and have declared null and void three long-term timber leases. Appellants allege their ancestor in title, J. E. Carter, executed two of the leases in 1947 and one in 1948, and these leases covering 2668 acres of land located...
