This is an appeal from a decree granting appellee-husband's petition to modify a prior decree of divorce.

The original decree of divorce, in pertinent part, provided as follows:

"2. The Respondent shall pay to the Complainant as alimony and child support the sum of $200.00 per week, payable until December 31st, 1973, and further agrees to pay all income taxes incurred by Complainant as a result of any payments made to her or on her...
