This is a civil action to enforce a separation agreement. The case was heard before a justice of the Superior Court on the plaintiff's motion for summary judgment and also on the defendant's motions for summary judgment and for leave to file an amended answer. After argument of counsel the trial justice granted the plaintiff's motion and denied the two motions filed by the defendant. The cause is before
