Plaintiff, Mel-Way, Inc., d/b/a Snelling and Snelling, sought and was granted a preliminary injunction, and thereafter a permanent injunction, enjoining defendant, who was previously employed by plaintiff, from engaging in the employment agency business in competition with plaintiff.
