The insurer issued a motorcycle liability policy to David Bretz which provides in part that it did not apply "to bodily injury to any person while in or getting on or riding from the insured vehicle." The plaintiff while riding on the Bretz motorcycle was injured when Bretz collided with an automobile operated by a third party.
