Following a bench trial, defendant was found guilty of murder, armed robbery, and unlawful possession of weapons in violation of sections 9-1, 9-1(a)(2), 9-1(a)(3), 18-2, and 24-1(a)(7) of the Criminal Code (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1969, ch. 38, pars. 9-1, 9-1(a)(2), 9-1(a)(3), 18-2, and 24-1(a) (7)) and was sentenced to a term of 25 to 80 years. He appeals contending: (1) that the evidence...
