Plaintiff sought a judgment on the note of the defendants Kocsis and O'Neill upon which the unpaid balance was approximately $121,000, as well as the foreclosure of a mortgage on the real property of Mr. and Mrs. Jones (Jones) and Mr. and Mrs. Whittle (Whittle) which was security for the payment of the note. No personal judgment was requested against Kocsis and O'Neill for any deficiency that remained on the note after the application of the proceeds...
