LANGTRY, Judge.

The defendant appeals from conviction of first degree robbery of one Carson Jones. ORS 164.415. The defendant's contentions are that it was error to receive evidence of another similar crime by defendant and her companions on the same night, and that, having received the evidence, it was error to deny her the opportunity to show that she had been acquitted of the other offense.
