This is a suit between a sister and her brother in which plaintiff-sister sought equitable relief by way of a constructive trust against her brother-defendant. The lower court refused to grant plaintiff the requested relief and this appeal followed. A proposed opinion of this court failed of adoption and the case was re-assigned.
