This appeal arises out of a stockholder's derivative action initiated by shareholder Pearl Coll for the corporation Holi-Rest, Inc., and in her own right, against Max B. Treloar. Trial court rendered judgments against Treloar on behalf of the corporation for $10,500, on behalf of Mrs. Coll for $6750, and taxed the costs against him. Treloar appeals from those judgments.
