This is an appeal from an adverse judgment against the plaintiff in reconvention, Henry C. Jolet, Jr. The National Bank of Commerce had financed the purchase of a Volkswagen bus by the defendant, and, claiming default on the note, sued Jolet for a money judgment, also asking for a writ of sequestration.
