The appellant, Carville Roland Brown, was convicted by a jury in the Criminal Court of Baltimore (Levin, J., presiding) of the armed robbery of one Grace Vance. The judgment imposed upon his conviction was affirmed by the Court of Special Appeals in an unreported per curiam.1
