Union Camp Corporation, hereinafter referred to as Petitioner, filed a Petition in the Circuit Court in and for Volusia County seeking to have formed a drainage district pursuant to Chapter 298 Florida Statutes 1971, the district to be named Seminole Forest Water Management District.
