Appellant was convicted on a plea of guilty to the charge of Burglary I, while armed, (D.C.Code 1973, §§ 22-1801(a), 22-3202) and sentenced to a prison term of two to fifteen years. As a part of the bargaining process leading to the plea appeallant had agreed that he would waive indictment on the charge to which he pled and the government had agreed that it would not prosecute a pending rape charge against him.1...
