Plaintiff instituted this expropriation suit for a right of way for construction and maintenance of an electricity transmission line through defendant's property. There is no dispute concerning plaintiff's right to expropriate the right of way in question. The litigation concerns the value of the property to be expropriated and alleged diminution in value of the remaining and adjacent lands of the defendant.
