Plaintiff Carolyn Price and defendant Harrison Price were divorced in April of 1967. The judgment required defendant to provide support for the three children until they reached 18 or graduated from high school, whichever came later. Plaintiff's youngest son at age 20 had completed a year at Michigan State University with a satisfactory academic record. He desired to continue his education but was without financial resources.
