GILBERT, J., delivered the opinion of the Court.

In this appeal we are called upon to decide whether or not one of eleven joint tenants of a parcel of land may, without the joinder of the other tenants, maintain an action against a trespasser.

By deed dated September 12, 19591 the appellant, Ellis Crowe, together with ten brothers and sisters, were deeded as joint tenants a three hundred fourteen acre farm in Garrett County, Maryland...
