This is a workmen's compensation appeal. The examiner and director determined that the claimant, Dale May, had suffered a 50 percent permanent partial bodily disability as a result of an accident. The district court found a 30 percent permanent partial disability. For purposes of this appeal we will refer to the appellant, Dale May, as the claimant. We will refer to the appellee, Quality Chemical, Inc....
