On or about July 22, 1969, plaintiffs purchased a Bellanca Aircraft Model 17 30, Serial No. 30134, for $32,593.20 from defendant Wood Motors, Inc., paying a cash deposit of $3,593.20; the balance of $29,000 was financed through Michigan Bank for a four-year term with total payments of $36,540.
