Defendant appeals his conviction by jury and sentence for conspiracy in violation of Code § 719.1. The State alleged he conspired with others to commit grand larceny of a Pay-Less self-service shoe store in Waterloo on August 1, 1972. Defendant contends trial court erred in overruling his motion in limine, in overruling his objection to certain evidence, and in overruling his two motions for mistrial based on alleged prosecutor misconduct...
