Appellant was convicted in the City Court of the City of St. Louis of a violation of Sec. 772.010, Revised Code of the City of St. Louis, 1960, Ordinance No. 50549, of selling or offering for sale a sex inciting device and he appealed to the St. Louis Court of Criminal Correction. Sec. 479.110 RSMo 1969, V.A.M.S. Thereafter on September 12, 1972, after a trial to the court without a jury, he was again convicted and sentenced to pay a fine of $100.00...
