This case is before the Court for the second time. As a result of the first appeal the Court remanded the case for a redetermination of damages. See Slay Warehousing Co. v. Reliance Insurance Co., 471 F.2d 1364 (8th Cir. 1973). Upon remand the parties entered into a stipulation as to the amount of damages due appellant.
