WHITE, Judge.
Defendant appeals from a sentence of two years imprisonment upon a conviction of carrying a pistol without a permit in violation of IC 1971, 35-23-4-3, Ind. Ann. Stat. § 10-4736 (Burns 1956 Repl.). We affirm.
