Mrs. Venita Jacob Cambre, tutrix of the minor, Renette Maria Cambre, appeals a portion of the judgment of the lower court in the partition suit between Garden Hill Land Corporation v. Succession of Edwin Cambre. Specifically, she appeals that portion of the judgment in favor of the intervenor, Kenneth J. Ward, granting him 50% of the proceeds from the sale of the minor's property.
