Defendant, a student at West Georgia College, was tried and convicted of selling marijuana and appeals to this court. Held:

Defendant contends that the trial court erred in overruling his demurrer or motion to quash the three-count indictment, which alleged that defendant sold marijuana to Jeannine Metevier, an undercover agent, on May 13, May 18, and May 22. It is urged that these three sales on different dates justified only one conviction...
