Jack Raymond Goff, Jr., a voluntary petitioner for a discharge in bankruptcy, appeals from a district court order affirming the referee's denial of a discharge pursuant to section 14(c) (2) of the Bankruptcy Act.1 The referee determined that Goff, without justification, failed to keep books or records from which his financial condition might be ascertained.
