By county attorney's information filed February 4, 1974, defendant was charged with receiving a stolen vehicle in violation of § 321.77, The Code. On the same date, after consulting his court-appointed counsel, defendant pled guilty to the charge. February 19, 1974, he was sentenced to a term not to exceed five years in the men's reformatory.
