Robert L. Shevin, Atty. Gen., and Linda C. Hertz, Asst. Atty. Gen., and Craig Hall, Legal Intern, for appellee.

Before BARKDULL, C.J., and HENDRY and HAVERFIELD, JJ.

PER CURIAM.

Appellant, a juvenile, seeks review of an order by the juvenile court [now Circuit Court] withholding adjudication on a petition charging the appellant with theft of a bicycle.
