This appeal brings up for review an intermediate order denying defendant's motion to suppress the dangerous drugs found in an automobile operated by him which furnished the basis for his subsequent prosecution for the possession thereof. Traveling alone, defendant was stopped by a member of the State Police for a routine traffic check.
