Plaintiff, Mrs. Dorothy Magie, has appealed a summary judgment dismissing her personal injury action arising out of a trip-and-fall accident against the defendants, Patio Motel, Inc., and its liability insurer, Security Insurance Company.1 In her petition she alleged:
