Defendant appeals as of right his jury conviction, on October 26, 1972, of delivery of heroin, contrary to MCLA 335.341(1)(a); MSA 18.1070(41)(1)(a), and delivery of LSD, contrary to MCLA 335.341(1)(b); MSA 18.1070(41)(1)(b).
