OPINION

PER CURIAM:

About 1:15 a.m. on the morning of March 20, 1973, the Clark County Sheriff's office received a report that the 7-11 grocery store located at 3707 E. Flamingo Blvd. was open, but unattended.

When the officers who responded to the call arrived at the store they observed the cash drawer, empty and on the floor. The dead body of James Hunter, the night clerk, was found slumped, in a pool of blood, against the door of the ladies' rest...
