This tort action by plaintiff (Appellant) is presently before us on remand from the Supreme Court of Louisiana, for the sole purpose of assessing quantum for serious personal injuries sustained by Appellant in an accident which occurred on the premises of Humble Oil and Refining Company (Humble), Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
